What Will the Webinar Cover?
This webinar will focus on the final health insurance employer reporting regulations that fall under sections 6055 and 6056 of the Internal Revenue Code. These regulations outline the health plan information that employers will be required to report to the federal government annually for enforcement of both the employer and individual responsibility requirements.
Large employers (50+ employees) and insurers must generally begin collecting information beginning January 1, 2015, to report in 2016. These are complicated rules with new wrinkles for employers and insurers alike. This PPACA webinar is designed to educate you on the finer details of these complex regulations.
